IMC values
In 2010 we made our “implicit” values “explicit” writing down these values encouraged us to reflect on our strengths and weaknesses, assess what makes IMC different and distinct and how to cherish this as we become more global and diverse.
Consequently, we have applied the IMC values as a recurring theme throughout the annual report 2010. These values can be found on the pages relevant to the subject matter:
Report of the Management Board
IMC was founded in 1989 and has become one of the prominent market participants on the electronic exchanges around the world where financial instruments are traded on screens.
Report of the Supervisory Board
The annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2010 have been prepared by the Management Board.
These financial statements have been audited by PwC.
